Martin Luther King, Jr.Said, The Function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically. Intelligence plus Character- that goal of true education.
This is the aim with which O.P.G.M works. We dont consider our job is to teach subjects. Rather, We are here to teach students. We works towards making students able and competent enought to take intelligent decisions. Apart from teaching the academics, we try to inculcate the values of lead ership,time
management, team work and adaptability within the children. This is necessary in todays world where academic success alone wont help students unless they are street smart and possess life skills as well.
We dont belive in rote learning and instead promote understanding Engaging the students interest throught new teaching methodologies and building within them the urge to learn, is what our team of teachers and leaders are toiling for. As the idiom goes you can lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Therefore, we focus our efforts on enabling students to crave knowledge and ask questions. We give theme an environment where they fell a thirst for knowledge.
An educational institute has a hung responsibility not just tothe parents,but towards the whole society because we are responsible for nurturing the future generations. At O.P.G.M School the leadership understands its responsibility and hopes to never disappoint the parents or the society.
